How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver items shown as "In Stock" within 2 to 5 working days. Most large appliance deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days of your payment clearing. Though some larger items such as Range Cookers, American Size Fridges and Freezers and Fire Suites can take up to 21 working days.

How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE on all orders, delivered Monday to Friday, throughout our site to UK Mainland Addresses only*. If you have specialist delivery requirements (e.g. narrow road access, flights of stairs to negotiate) please contact us before placing your order so we can make sure we are able to deliver.
*Flamerite fires will incurr an extra delivery charge in certain parts of Scotland please call for a quote.
Saturday delivery is available on some items for an extra fee.

Who delivers my order?
Your order will be delivered on our behalf by either Business Post, the manufacturer or a representative of the manufacturer.
Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for.
Is there anyway I can have the goods delivered to an alternate address?
Yes, orders placed with a Visa card or Mastercard can request an alternate delivery address. Visa and Mastercard offer extra security procedures in partnership with Barclays online card processing service ePDQ with a system called Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure. This allows us to make extra security checks and provided these are met we will deliver to your alternate address.
