Here's the benefits an extra service plan will give you:
No unexpected repair bills
By using Tribal UKs own service technicians or those recommended by Tribal UK you will never have to worry about paying outfor repair bills. If your product breaks down, once repaired you will not be asked for a penny and there is no excess to pay.
Prompt Service
Computerised reporting systems ensure fast efficient service from our network of repair agents or resident engineers. Once the fault has been reported you will hear from the engineer within 2 hours to arrange a suitable time with you to repair your product (note: response time depending on the time of day)
New for Old
If we are unable to repair your appliance because it is deemed beyond economic repair we will replace it like for like.
*Free Accidental Damage
During the first 12 months of your ESP if you should accidentally damage your purchase from Tribal UK your ESP will coverthe cost of repair or provide you with a replacement on a like for like basis.
*Free Frozen Food Cover
Did you know that not all household contents insurance policy's cover food loss from your freezer? A Tribal UK ESP can cover this loss from the purchase date to the expiry date of your ESP.
Applying is simple
You choose either a 3 or 5 year plan. Highlight the plan you require, the amount you pay will be added to your basket and you will be issued with a certificate when you receive your goods.
