For the money this is a large fridge freezer and the quality is usual Hotpoint standard. The one gripe I have is that the door seals are poor, but I have logged a callout with Hotpoint to come and replace them, so should be ok then. Service from TribalUK was great, yes they don't email straight back if you have a question or query, but they always got back to me. The fridge was delivered around 7 days after the order was placed, so no grumbles at all with them. Thank you.
