Hotpoint FF7190EX Frost Free Fridge Freezer

Overall pleased but a few comments. One: the finish on the fridge/freezer is flawed. There is a bubbling effect on some parts of the product and I suspect that will eventually cause peeling or some deterioration of the finish.
On the delivery: I requested the old fridge be taken away and was told you did not do that. When the men came, they said you did and it was not a problem (although there was a cost). As this is a rather important service and certainly a selling point, I am surprised your people who arrange delivery from your call centre are so unhelpful and ill-informed. You may want to review that.
Overall, I am more than pleased with the performance so far.
Your own service (compared with Hotpoint directly -- comment above) is excellent and I am most impressed.
