We had one of these for around 18 months and never had a decent wash out of it. We had the engineer out within a couple of weeks as clothes were coming out so creased they looked like they'd been through a wringer. The engineer could find no fault but replaced the door lock (a common problem with this machine) which afterwards still needed the door to be leant on for it to "lock" and the heater box but clothes still came out creased.
The dryer takes hours and leaves clothes with a nasty rubbery smell so we had to use those scented tumble dryer sheets in it. Finally and thankfully something caught fire inside it and so we had to replace it.

Excellent washer dryer at a great price 19/4/2007
Easy to install, easy to use and very good looking!!
Has variable temperature settings to each programme - very usefull. Dryer is excellent much better than my old Hotpoint which was only around 5 years old. I would definitely recommend this product.
