My previous all-digital Hotpoint 95840 digital washine machine was made in 1983 and is still working fine and has outlived many of my friends' Bosch, Miele and other well-known German machines. I've not had this one long, but I am amazed at how quiet its DC motor is during wash and spin cycles and I'm hoping it's as reliable as my 95840.

After faithful service for 12 years our last Hotpoint sadly died and we replaced it with this model. Figuring out all the technicalities has taken a little bit of time but we are delighted with the product. So quiet (quite eerie really) and unfussed it just gets on and does the washing - exactly what you'd expect from a Hotpoint. Delighted with it so far

Great item, great price and lots of different settings and the 1600 spin speed means clothes are nearly dry when they come out.
