Tribal UK is part of one of the largest electrical retailers in the UK. We provide a comprehensive range of products from all of the major manufacturers - and at the best possible price as we do not have the costs of running high street shops. Our friendly team of have years of experience in this area and with dealing with online customers. They receive regular product training and are well equipped to answer any questions you may have.

Most products are held in stock and can be delivered within 7 working days. Depending on your location, this will be either with our 2 man delivery team or one provided by a trading partner and may include weekend delivery if required.

When choosing your product you will be able to select a delivery date of your choice (subject to stock availability). We are able to offer a range of enhanced delivery services depending on the type of product you are ordering, such as connection or installation and removal of scrap appliances for recycling.

We are so confident of our prices that we promise to refund 100% of the difference if you find the product cheaper within 7 days of purchase as long as it is boxed as new and in stock. Tribal UK CANNOT honour price matches on Apple products or Sony Playstations. Ex-display items, grey imports or prices from closing down sales or membership schemes can also not be matched.

We do not compromise on security as the website does not hold any of your personal details, has the latest 128 bit encryption and is hosted by a company which also provides similar services to the Police. Your payments are made via Barclays Merchant Services so carry the full protection of their systems.
