To ensure our customers come back time and time again we offer great products at competitive prices and back it all up with a quality service.
Every product is supplied with a minimum 12 month guarantee (unless stated otherwise). We also have promotions on certain products offering 3, 5 or even 10 year extended guarantees.
In the unlikely event of a fault within the guarantee period we respectfully request that you firstly consult the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section of the instruction manual which can often resolve the problem for you.

- If the fault occurs within 28 days of the date of receipt we will arrange to exchange the item, or if you would prefer we will collect it from you and provide a full refund.
- If the fault occurs after 28 days of the date of purchase, but within the manufacturers guarantee period, the product will usually be collected for inspection and repair at our service centre.
Please be aware that some manufacturers now undertake repairs and exchanges themselves on selected products, therefore eliminating us from the service chain. Should you have a product that falls into this area you may be directed back to the manufacturer so that they can deal directly with any issues you have.
Major kitchen appliances or other large items will normally be repaired by our agent or the manufacturer in your home to minimise disruption. The engineer may need to take away the product for a workshop repair. Should this be the case we will keep you updated with the progress of your repair.
Any goods that are to be collected for return must be suitably packaged and protected for transit by you. Tribal UK does not accept responsibility for damage caused in transit due to poor packaging.
Should any returned items be found not to be faulty we reserve the right to charge any service and/or carriage charges to you.
In the event of a fault outside the guarantee period, we do provide a chargeable repair service, please contact us for further information.
