Delivery FAQ

How long will my delivery take?

We aim to deliver items shown as "In Stock" within 5 working days. Most large appliance deliveries are made within 7 to 10 working days. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur additional cost and take longer. If the product that you have selected is not available at the time of placing your order, and it is necessary for us to order directly from the manufacturer, you will be contacted within 48 hours. We will keep you updated with the progress of your order if the item is on back order.

How much is the delivery charge?

Delivery charges are displayed on the product page of the website before you add the product to the basket. Some selected products have free delivery.

Where will you deliver?

Deliveries are only available to UK Mainland addresses.

Who delivers my order?

Your order will be delivered on our behalf by either YOdel, the manufacturer, or a representative of the manufacturer.

Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for. You may be charged for the subsequent re-booking of failed deliveries of large appliances if, for example, you are not home when the delivery arrives.

Is there anyway I can have the goods delivered to an alternate address?

Yes, the website will allow you to select a different address for delivery


Returns information

You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by either:

Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel to:

Tribal UK, Unit 7-9 Howlett Way, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HZ.

Providing the goods are returned with all accessories, including any free gifts, you will receive a full refund within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back unwanted gifts or non-faulty items for a credit after 7 days after the delivery date.

We are able to arrange an insured collection if requested. *Please note - costs vary according to the size and weight of the item*. An indication of costs are listed below, however please contact us for exact charges;

We are unable to accept back unsealed blank video tapes, blank DVD discs and blank mini discs for a refund., unless they are faulty or were supplied as part of the main product purchase.

The following tariff applies to products returned missing the original factory packed accessories. The prices are for guidance only, the actual price may vary.
