Products

Whilst we try to include as much information as possible with all our products it is not always possible to list their complete specification. Full details of any product are usually available from the relevant manufacturers brochure or website. Any images shown are representations of the products offered and are largely sourced from the manufacturers directly and so therefore colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied, as a result of image quality or availability. Occasionally errors may occur however we work hard to minimise these and will correct any as soon as they are identified. If you think something might be wrong, please let us know. Some products may require additional set-up and/or assembly before use, such as manual tuning of TV sets or removing transit bolts from some white goods appliances.

Prices

All prices, unless otherwise stated, include VAT at the current rate. Prices may change without notice. In the event of a product being incorrectly priced we reserve the right to make adjustments to the price whether or not an order confirmation has been issued. We will always inform you of this via telephone or email and offer you the option of proceeding with the order, or a complete refund or alternative product if available.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider, Barclays ePDQ.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery as a result of this.
Some of our items come directly from the manufacturer and so we have to place these orders directly with them. Orders will only be placed once we have received payment (usually 24 hours for credit/debit cards).

Order Methods

Order are only accepted via the Internet; a telephone number is provided for enquiries and customer support only. This helps us to keep costs to a minimum and therefore maintain the cheapest possible prices for you.

Documentation

All customers placing an order will be provided with order confirmations and invoices electronically, to the email address given at the time of ordering. This allows us to keep our product prices as low as possible. Please contact us if you suspect your documentation to be incorrect and we will rectify it where applicable.

Availability

In the unlikely event of an item you have ordered not being in stock, we may have to order it direct from the manufacturer. Should this be the case you will be notified within 48hrs of placing your order. If you decide not to continue with your order at this point, any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address provided on the order. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

Security

We take every precaution to protect your information, both online and offline.
We believe that secure electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Your privacy is our concern.
Your credit card details are verified by Barclays ePDQ secure gateway. This means that we at Tribal UK do not see your credit card details at all.
We constantly review and update our security procedures.
To ensure our customers are protected from online fraud it may be necessary to carry out further additional security checks prior to your delivery date. You may therefore be contacted before your delivery so that these checks can be carried out.
